Sector context changes the message, not just the channel
Each sector below has its own buyer, its own objections and often its own advertising rules. Pick yours to see how the work changes.
The channel is rarely the problem. The proof is.
Almost every brief that arrives here is framed as a visibility problem — we need more posts, more reach, more ads. In practice the buyer had already found the business and left, because the one thing they needed in order to decide had never been published anywhere they could find it.
What that missing thing is changes completely by sector. A property buyer wants the full fee stack before they will call. A patient wants to know whether their insurance network is accepted. A diner wants a current, priced menu. None of those are campaigns; all of them decide revenue.
So each sector page starts from the buyer and works backwards: how they research, what stalls them, which channels earn their keep, and what the sector is permitted to say while doing it.

Where advertising rules decide the creative
In these sectors the rules shape the work from the first draft. Every point below is a matter to confirm with your own compliance counsel — it is not legal advice.
| Sector | Usual buyer | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Real Estate | Brokerage owner or marketing lead | RERA advertising permit numbers must appear on listing creative. |
| Healthcare & Clinics | Clinic manager or medical director | Health-authority marketing rules (DHA/DoH/MoHAP) restrict claims, before-and-after imagery and testimonials. |
| Dental Clinics | Practice owner | Health-authority advertising approvals apply to dental claims and imagery. |
| Aesthetics & Med-Spa | Owner or head of marketing | Cosmetic and medical claims require health-authority approval; before-and-after use is restricted. |
| Law Firms | Managing partner | Legal advertising must avoid guarantees of outcome. |
| Financial Services | Head of marketing | Financial promotions require regulator-compliant disclaimers. |
| Property Developers | Head of sales & marketing | Advertising permits and approved project data are required. |
| Fintech | Growth or marketing lead | Regulated financial messaging requires approval and disclaimers. |
| Crypto & Web3 | Marketing lead | Paid advertising for virtual assets is restricted on most platforms and locally regulated. |
Questions we get before a sector conversation
The things most people ask on the first call.
Does sector experience actually matter, or is it a sales line?
The channels are the same in every sector; the sequence and the proof are not. What changes is which objection stalls a decision, which asset removes it, and what the sector is permitted to say. Those three things decide whether a budget produces enquiries, so yes — it matters, and it is checkable rather than a claim.
What if our sector is not listed?
The method transfers. We start from the buyer, the hesitation and the rules the sector works under, which is the same starting point on every page here. Tell us what you sell and who signs it off and we will map it the same way.
Which sectors face advertising restrictions in the UAE?
Healthcare, dental, aesthetics, real estate and property development, financial services, fintech and crypto all sit under sector-specific rules, and several others carry platform restrictions on top. Each sector page lists the considerations to raise with your own compliance counsel before anything is scheduled.
Do you work with more than one business in the same sector?
Not in the same city and the same category at the same time. Where a conflict exists we say so before a proposal is written rather than after an engagement starts.
Can you produce in Arabic as well as English?
Yes, produced rather than translated. In sectors where a meaningful share of buyers search in Arabic — government, education, healthcare, legal — machine translation is visible and it costs credibility.
Sector not listed?
Tell us what you sell and who buys it — the process transfers.
We publish no client names, ratings or performance figures until they can be verified in your own accounts.
