Why these numbers are here

A price you have to ask for is a price that changes depending on who is asking

Most UAE agencies will not publish a figure. The reason given is that every brief is different, which is true. The reason it persists is that an unpublished price can be set after the supplier has worked out what you are willing to pay.

We publish starting points instead. They are genuinely starting points — scope, district, language mix and production weight all move the final number, and every service page shows which lever does what.

What the published figure buys you is the ability to leave. If the number is on the website, you can compare it against three other quotes without sitting through a call first.

What moves the number

Five things that change the figure

None of them is how confident the supplier sounds on the call.

  1. 01

    Scope volume

The count of assets, channels and campaigns produced each month. This is the single largest lever and the one most easily compared between quotes — ask every supplier for a number, not an adjective.

    Ask for monthly deliverable counts

  2. 02

    Language

Arabic produced by a writer costs more than Arabic run through a translation tool, and performs materially better in the emirates and sectors where buyers actually think in Arabic. Translated creative reads as translated.

    Produced, not translated

  3. 03

    Production weight

Studio or on-location filming adds real cost. Batching several months of shooting into one day reduces it sharply, which is why our calendars are planned a quarter ahead rather than week to week.

    Batching cuts this hard

  4. 04

    District spread

Planning for one district costs less than planning for six, because each needs its own keyword set, creative angle and landing page. Spreading a single budget thinly across an emirate is cheaper to quote and worse to run.

    Fewer districts, done properly

  5. 05

    Speed

Compressed launches cost more because approvals and production have to overlap, which removes the cheapest kind of revision — the one made before anything is filmed.

    Time is the cheapest saving

Engagement shape

Retainer or project?

Fixed-fee project

A defined piece of work with an end

  • Audits, launch campaigns, video production, one-off builds
  • Priced against a written scope before anything starts
  • Right when the deliverable is the point and nobody runs it afterwards
  • Wrong when the channel decays the moment attention stops
Monthly retainer

A channel somebody has to run every week

  • Social media management, SEO, paid media, ongoing content
  • Monthly fee, media separate, three months then month to month
  • Right when performance compounds and needs weekly attention
  • Wrong when you need one deliverable and no ongoing operation
Excluded

What the fee never covers

Media budget
Paid by you directly to Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat. It never passes through us, so no margin can be taken on it.
Influencer fees and gifting
Talent costs are yours and are agreed per campaign. We negotiate them; we do not mark them up.
Third-party tooling
Scheduling, analytics or listening tools billed in your name where you want to keep them after we stop.
Website development
We specify what needs changing and work with your developer, or quote the build separately.
Out-of-scope requests
Quoted before work starts rather than absorbed silently and reappearing as a scope argument in month four.
Guaranteed positions
Nobody can sell a ranking they do not control. Any supplier who prices one is selling you something else.

Answers

Questions about money

Asked on almost every first call.

Why publish prices at all when nobody else does?

Because the first call is otherwise spent establishing whether you can afford the conversation. Publishing a starting point means the people who enquire already know the shape of the number, and nobody wastes a week finding out.

Is media budget included in the fee?

No, and it never should be. Fees cover the work; media budget is paid by you directly to the platform. Bundling the two hides the margin and removes your ability to judge either number on its own.

Why do two agencies quote so differently for the same brief?

Almost always scope volume and who actually does the work. Ask both for deliverable counts per month and the name of the person producing them. The gap usually closes immediately, or the cheaper quote turns out to be a different job.

What moves the final figure up?

Volume of assets, number of channels, Arabic production alongside English, filming days, and compressed timelines where approvals and production have to overlap. It does not move with how confident the supplier sounds.

Retainer or one-off project?

Channels that decay without weekly attention are retainers, because compounding is the point. Audits, builds, launches and productions are fixed-fee against a written scope. We will tell you which one your brief actually is.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months on retained work, so a full test-and-report cycle completes and there is something real to judge. After that it is month to month.

What is the cheapest useful starting point?

Below roughly AED 3,500 a month in fees, plus media where the channel needs it, results are usually too thin to read — you end up paying for activity you cannot evaluate. We would rather tell you that than take the work.
